Decisions about borrowing are yours, ideally made with the current numbers from the lender and, where it matters, a professional who knows your situation.
Accuracy, honestly stated
We verify facts from lenders' own sites and government sources, and we date our pages. But rates, terms, programs, and rules change constantly — sometimes the same week we check them. So we make no guarantee that everything is current or complete, and every page tells you to confirm with the source.
